How to Publish with Us
Author Responsibilities, Prior Publication, and Preprints, Publication fees
The Corresponding Author oversees submitting a manuscript to Haiti Nexus Journals on behalf of all contributing authors and making sure it complies with our requirements.
The manuscript's corresponding author must attest that it is an original, unpublished work that is not considered in whole or in part by any other publication, except abstracts. Submission of manuscripts containing passages from theses or dissertations is permissible, provided the university or the author's copyright does not prevent such use.
Preprints and Prior Dissemination
Haiti Nexus Journals support the early sharing of research. Contributions that have already been shared on reputable preprint platforms are therefore encouraged. By sending us your manuscript, you consent to have it published under open-access conditions and to any article processing fees that may apply if it is accepted.
If your work has been published elsewhere before, please let us know when submitting it. Please update the preprint version with a citation to the final published article, complete with its DOI and a direct link to the publication, if your manuscript is accepted.
Content that has already been made public in a scientific setting is deemed published and will not be republished by Haiti Nexus of Economics & Business.
Disclosure of Prior Posting and Industry Publications
If there is any uncertainty regarding prior publication, authors should provide copies of the relevant material to the Editor. If an industry-oriented publication appears before the scientific article, please ensure that the industry report focuses on key outcomes without presenting supporting data and figures in a scientific format.
Haiti Nexus Journals prioritizes scientific integrity and does not provide waivers for open-access article processing fees. However, we encourage authors to share their research openly with the community.
Article Processing Fee
Haiti Nexus Journals charges an article processing fee to support the open-access publication. The fee is $100 for members and $250 for non-members. This fee applies upon acceptance of your manuscript and ensures your article is freely accessible to the global research community.
